I create fun, interactive workshops and facilitate discussions about socially uncomfortable topics like teens and sex, recreational drug use, sexual dysfunction, inappropriate anger, polyamory, gender-bias, and harmful habits.  I write approachable work on sexuality that provides readers with actionable information and food for thought.

I am QuickBooks ready! Payroll, posting payments, reconciling checking accounts, reconciling credit cards, and accounts payable and receivable.  For your convenience, I am happy using Mac or PC computers and have a lightening-fast learning curve.

Property Management
Have a house you need to rent? Going away for a semester abroad?  I can mange your base camp while you are away.  Vetting tenants, obtaining leases, sub-leases, rent-to-own contracts, proof of insurance, keeping financial records, and securing deposits are all comfortable tasks for me.  I keep tenants happy and property in good repair so you can enjoy your travels or relax in your new location.

Green Tech Expert
The experience of obtaining the necessary permits and building (myself!) Virginia's first Earthship eco-home gives me awesome Green Kung Fu.  I've presented to City Council, been a General Contractor, researched green rebates, become a solar power expert, become a rainwater harvesting expert, conducted energy audits, successfully reduced energy consumption, and prepared endless amount of educational material on all things Sustainable Building.  Want to green your home but don't know where to start?  Start with me. 

Hair Braiding
I do single braids, tree-root braids, and braids with extensions.  I also do all kinds of Greek up-dos, fancy party styles, French braids, reverse French braids, waterfall braids, Beehives, and any other funky styles you can imagine, describe, or show me a picture of.  Many portfolio pictures available; send your request.

Weight loss, sexuality education, personalized yoga, injury recovery, medical research, diet changes, cardiovascular health, and playing your cards well are just a few of the areas I cover as a health educator.  I answer all kinds of embarrassing, awkward, and difficult questions on a infinite range of health related subjects, from drug side effects to finding qualified specialists.
